Scared about salicylic acid 😣

I've been using 2% salicylic 1-2 times a day as a face wash for the last couple weeks. No where on there does it say not for use while pregnant like my other acne medication did... I'm nervous now I thought it was safe 😓😓 I need some reassurance..
