Normal?

Okay so I had positive test Monday night went to women's urgent care bc my doc couldn't see me today.. My hormone levels were 269 and they couldn't see anything on the ultrasound machine.. She told me it was bc I'm to early.. Is this true? And is 269 normal for only being 2/3 weeks??

Thanks everyone I have my 2nd check today for hcg n praying they have doubled but I've been cramping bad so idk

​My dr told me at 4weeks the average count is between 16-160

Levels for everyone starting out are different.. My first pregnancy I went to the doctor at 4 weeks pregnant and my levels were 465 which is what they consider a normal range.. Unfortunately I had bleeding and I miscarried

Yes that is normal.. Supposedly they can not see a gestational sac until your HCG levels are around 1500.. Hope this helps
