How do you count?

Your period when it comes at 7@ night do you say that is cycle day 1 or do you wait til the next full day and count it as cycle day 1?

Id say whatever day your period comes is the 1st cycle day .. Morning noon or night :)

What if It's extremely light spotting around 6PM then gets heavier during the night?? Would the extremely light day count as CD1?? I have to take clomid 5-9 so I want to make sure my days are correct.

The day it comes is cd 1. Mine come between 2-4am like clock work and that starts my cd1. ( af was/is due today but hasn't came yet)
