Saturday I had sex with my boyfriend in his car  I'm 16 and he just turned 18. We had sex without protection.I'm concernd that I might be pregnant because I'm feeling like crap, I'm having really bad stomach aces,when I eat food it goes away then comes back. I love kids but I can't get pregnant at this age.

To be honest first no no was having sex in a car your 16 you should be worrying about other things, I don't want to be giving out or anything but you need to go get plan b as soon as you can as it works up to 3 days after you have sex.

Since it's two days after you can still go get Plan B, the morning after pill. Chances are you wouldn't be able to feel pregnancy symptoms this early and you may just be stressed out and your body is reacting this way because you think you could be pregnant. I'm sure you're fine! Next time though you should use protection and if you go to Planned Parenthood they supply great options.

Did he cum inside you?
If he did you should get hold of the morning after pill, either go to a doctor or get him to buy it ( or buy it yourself but it can be expensive). 
Even if he didn't there's  still the whole pre  cum thing so you should probably still take the morning after pill but the chances you will be pregnant are much less. 
If you plan on having sex a lot... or again then figure out some contraception, like the pill or condoms etc. Shame on him though... he should know better!
