I have bad aches and pains from the pregnancy, what do you mamas to be recommend?

I am 7 months pregnant and having the worst back pains and stomach pains from growing belly. My feet also hurt so bad and I'm at my wits end with this pregnancy. What do you all mamas to be recommend for a lasting effective pain relieving cream.

When I was pregnant with my twins, I bought a maternity support girdle/belt thing. It really helped with relieving some of my lower back pain. I also found it helpful to do light stretches & always wear good, supportive shoes. Hang in there!
