OMG I'm going to lose my mind...help!

Ok..I started spotting on Saturday. I thought it was weird because I've never spotted then it just stops. It was super dark in color. Then, Sunday morning I got a bfp in picture below. Then, today I started spotting again. So, I went in for blood work and my hcg is only 0.7..what the hell!?!! They are thinking I'm nuts and that I was never pregnant. Has this happened to anyone else?!? I just had a stillbirth in early March and I've had negative tests since then. When I was first pregnant with her, I remember I got a super faint positive on a Friday, went and had blood drawn and my hcg was 1.1. I continued to get positive tests all weekend long and then demanded another test Monday. My hcg was  68! Has anyone else had weird things like this happen? How cruel!
