How do I tell him I'm ready?

We don't have anywhere to do it but my truck... and I want to do it so bad but I don't want to lose my v card in my truck I want to be in a bed he knows how I feel since we have fooled around in the truck and I told him no when I wasn't ready and didn't want to go any further in the truck. How do I tell him we need to get a hotel or go to his house when his parents aren't home?

Also is it bad to go to a hotel just to have sex?

I really don't want to take the chance at one of our houses since there's are little siblings and parents.
