Do you need to tell your bestfriend EVERYTHING that's going on in your life?

I have a friend that wants my to tell her everything that happens to me but I am not an open person. She gets upset because I don't tell her my sexual experiences with my boyfriend.😐 That's not something that needs to be shared if I don't want it to be shared. Yet, she didn't tell me that she got accepted into college which is something that you don't HAVE to share but something that would be nice so that I can be happy for her! I don't her most things that happen to me because if it's not something interesting and juicy, she won't remember it or she won't pay it too much mind.
