BBT Questions-Pic of Chart
Hey y'all. I have been tracking my bbt for about two weeks and with the exception of two days this week, my temps have been relatively inconsistent. How do you figure out your baseline if your temps are not regular? Also, how much of a spike indicates ovulation?
