Provera

So I take provera for 7 days, this cycle I started taking them in the morning like usual. But one or two if the days I forgot and took them in the evening, but never missed a day, usually 11 days after taking the last pill my period will start but it's been 12 days since the last pill and besides incredibly sore, and swollen breasts I have nothing( let me just add I have blue veins showing everywhere on my breasts, so very sore). Is this normal for provera to react different each cycle? Did taking some in the morning and some in the evening mess with the cycle? Any input would be great
