Help ladies !!!
So I been having lots of heartburn I can't even sleep , its bad I have try a lot of stuff and nothing seems to help . any remedies??? Thanks

I drink milk and take tums. I also noticed when I lay on my left side it helps it as well.

Agreed, left side, tuna, and milk is my bff these last few months. I had a really hard time sleeping, I finally took Benadryl which works, I do acupuncture which also helped and if I wake up in the night I'll eat a piece of bread with almond butter on it and it puts me right back to sleep

I take Zantac when it's really bad and it goes away working 30 minutes, but it's not something I like to take every day (sometimes twice a day!) so I've found that drinking a smoothie, or frozen yogurt, smoothie bowl or overnight oats helps a lot. It's probably the dairy but the frozen fruit is very soothing. A friend of mine discovered it was her prenatal vitamin  giving her heartburn so she has a few bites of yogurt with hers now and doesn't get heartburn anymore.

Apple cider vinegar works like magic. If you're too grossed out by it, mix it with a lil juice or water then gulp it. Stops cramps (leg cramps) and heartburn within 10 seconds promised.
