Intense pain, please help! 😰

I have the copper IUD and I've had it for over six months, I never get a period on it, just constant spotting, and I never get any cramps either. Well, recently I stopped spotting and got sore boobs (which I never get either), constipation and a reduced immune system. Today I've woken up will all of that along with severe cramps (especially in my left side), hot sweats and nausea and loss of appetite. Could this be down to the IUD, or a period coming? Has anyone experienced anything similar?

Please help!!!!!!
