How long to stay flat while trying to conceive?

I'm trying have a baby, and have started laying flat or with my legs propped on the wall to help his swimmers out a little bit. How long on average should I do this?

Those things don't effect pregnancy. They're in so much momentum in the sperm when ejaculated that they'll make it there if it's meant to be!

None. You don't have to wait. The sperm gets to your cervix in seconds. Laying flat is simply holding old semen inside you, whic could cause an infection. It doesn't help or NOT help your ability to conceive
