I'm considering getting the patch as an alternative to my current implant but I have some questions. During you're "week off" week are you still protected or do you need some other backup method? And if I did get I would like to place it on my butt right under where my waistband goes so it's not noticeable if I happened to go to the beach or something with it, but I'm wondering if it's still effective if it's placed there? And has anyone had any accidental pregnancies while using the patch?
