I'm 18 years old, in college and I suffer from PCOS. I am sexually active and interested in birth control. But, my family is very hush with the talk of sex. I had never received "the talk" and we never discuss those types of matters. I still have not been to a gynecologist, which I really want to in order to not only maintain well health, but to be put on birth control. Any tips on how to bring this topic up or to be placed on a birth control on the down low. I know this may seem stupid, but I really don't know how to bring this up.
