How long after PPROM did you deliver?

To the mommies who have experienced PPROM; how long after waters breaking did your baby stay stable before having to deliver... We're praying to make it to 34 weeks since my water broke at 30 weeks (baby is breech and had no fluid nor a chance to build more fluid up due to the positioning of baby). As of 35 hours ago I was 3cm dilated and 60% effaced, but they're afraid to check for progression until my many rounds of antibiotics are complete as long as I'm not contracting on a regular basis... We're already planning for a csection on the 34 week mark, and an emergency csection if contractions become 3 minutes apart, an infection starts or baby goes into distress... I'd just like to know how many mommies were able to make it to the 34 week mark without fluids to know if the chances are high or not. So far the doctors are saying we need to continue to take it hour by hour from here on out but to plan on a 5 week stay just in case...
