IUD Troubles?

I'm having really severe pain in my left ovary, and it feels like I can feel it all the way into the entire inner left side of my actual vagina. I've had ovarian pain before but nothing like this, the pain is actually nauseating. I have the Skyla IUD and have had it for almost two months, could that be causing it? I don't know what it could be to be honest. Any input would be appreciated
