Need some help ladies

Ok so since late last night I have been feeling painful cramps in my lower belly and I feel as if someone is trying to pull my belly button off from the inside lmfao and any slight touch to it I scream I also have lower back pain and this is pain that won't go away I barely got any sleep over it and I can barely walk without feeling as if my belly is gonna pop ? Any suggestions on if this is just growing pains or something I should be worried about ?
