Femara success?

I'm starting Femara this cycle to hopefully improve egg quality. Getting pregnant isn't an issue but staying pregnant is. Any success stories out there? And of course I want to know about any twins conceived with Femara...I ovulate on my own so this is to make it happen earlier and hope for better progesterone production. Thanks lovely ladies!!
