Lip tie?

I exclusively pump now (tried to nurse but he gets so frustrated from a bad latch I stopped). Could it be a lip tie?

That is a lip tie! I've been almost exclusively pumping for almost 6 weeks now, but we got my baby's lip tie fixed last week and he has started nursing! I'm switching over by nursing a few times a day and pumping the rest to ease us both into it, but it makes a world of difference! He doesn't get as frustrated as he did before, and it doesn't hurt me as much anymore! 
My lactation consultant said the clicking noise babies make when nursing is almost always from a tongue tie, not a lip tie.... Just FYI :)

Baby girl looks just like this. She made tons of clicking noises when she was younger but once my supply regulated and she got a bit older it's been fine. No issues nursing

My son has lip tie and he nurses fine. I'm going to get it checked out though because he makes clicking noises but he stays on my boobs and I see and hear him swallowing

It looks like it could be. My little one has a lip tie but it doesn't prevent her from nursing. We just have to work a little harder to get a good latch when we start.
