Hi ladies, I am going there are others with DOR that can give me hope and advice. I have DOR and just finished my first round of menopur + hcg trigger. It went poorly. I started the cycle with 6 antral follicles, but after 5 days of menopur injections (3 vials for 2 days and 2 vials for 3 days) I only had 1 follicle and 1 cyst. Ultimately that was what we triggered, but it didn't take.

I'm taking this cycle off and going to talk with the doctor later this month about how to proceed. In the meantime I was wondering if this means I'm just doomed to be a poor responder. Has anyone else had a similar response to menopur and a better response with a different drug or protocol? Thanks!
