Is this my placenta? Or the sac? TMI

Miscarried. And was still cramping. Baby came out around noon. And I know it was he baby. Looked like a fetus. Have a pic of it. But just now I was hurting and something long, solid, tubular came out. Is that the placenta? A solid chunk of red came out earlier about the size of my fist that I ASSUMED was it. But this is...about 6-7" long. About as big around as a hot dog. Came out with clots but this piece is SOLID.
