Anyone ever have sore erect nipples for like a day or so after having sex?

My boyfriend and I had sex about 2 days ago and my nipples are very sensitive. Very slim chance I'm pregnant because we are careful plus it's only been 2 days! ? I know some experience this because of the release of hormones when you have sex. Anyone else get this?
