How to induce yourself?!

What have you ladies ready and what has worked and hasn't? I'm very motivated to have this baby so ladies please tell me what has worked for you! And yes I know Sex but won't be having sex anytime soon!

My cousin was 4 days over due and went into labor with these..

4 mango and pineapple smoothies
Primrose pills
Suqats
Nipple stimulating
Pumping
And walking
She was looking at being induced and the night she did all this (some were a routine though) her baby completely flipped from being breach and her water broke soent 45 hours in labor then had a healthy little girl

The only things that actually caused my body to do anything were sex, walking (a lot) and stairs.

There's nothing proven but you can try bouncing on a ball, walking, sex, or eating pineapple core or spicy food.
