I've been having back pain, horrible cramping, period like and stomach like (no contractions as far as I know)
Lightning crotch bad last night, ton of pressure and feels like my vagina is on fire and tearing open.
I have SPD and that can feel like tearing but that's more in the pubic bone than vaginal area.
Could I be close to labor?
I wasnt dialted last week at my apt but her head was well engaged and I have another apt tomorrow.
