Other uses for breast milk?

I was in the hospital last night for 12 hours and was away from my week old baby. My SO fed him a bottle and I was able to pump in the hospital. Unfortunately I forgot my nipple butter and was oven one that isn't safe for baby to consume. Can I still use that breast milk for other things? I have previously made lotion bars out of it to moisturize his skin and am wondering if it's safe to do so with the 6oz I accumulated at the hospital.
