Breastfeeding Jaundice. .?

I was giving my LO a bath after I got home from work and noticed he seemed yellow in the face to me. . I called the Dr on call and she said it might be "breastfeeding jaundice"... she said he's fine just follow up with an appointment in the am.. anyone know what it is or have experience with this. .

Yes, my son had it, keep feeding him and when you can, lay him in the sunlight from a window or keep the curtains/blinds open. The sunlight will naturally help get rid of the yellow.

My baby got bf jaundice too... His levels were on the rise so I had to give him formula with my milk.. And that was fine I wasn't making enough milk anyway. His levels are beginning to come down he's a week old. It was an 8 at 3 days old then it was a 15.1 at his Tuesday follow up then Wednesday it was 15.2 and today it's down to 12.5....
