What do u do when your Nioples hurt ?

Hey ladies my Nipples have been hurt bad for the past few days. Why do y'all think? What do y'all do to help them ??

I am in the last few weeks of pregnancy and if mine hurt since I have been leaking a lil I will hand express a lil of the colostrum and rub it into my nipples helps sooth them

Mine hurt super bad when I'm pregnant, I try wearing sports bras because they are a bit more supportive and eventually go to no bra or lace bras if I want to feel cute.

I also train Muay Thai so we have to wear breast plates and that can be ultra sensitive also!

When I not wear a bra my shirt rub against them and that hurts also
