CPS Helllllppppp!

so my bitch ass neighbor decided.to call cps.on me and I really couldn't even tell you why but she did and today I got the call saying they want to meet with us on Wednesday (5) days, I am freaking out because.i have never had to deal with this before and I don't know what to do or expect. Please someone help me I can't even think straight all I can think is "OMG they are.going to try and take my child" I need advice please!!
