Anyone with Hypothyroidism? And meds NOT working?

I'm 20, i have had hypothyroidism since i probably hit puberty around 11 or 12.. I was put on Synthroid Sept. 2015, right before I got pregnant with my son. I felt great! But then.... pregnancy! My whole pregnancy was horroble, i felt like my thyroid symptoms were trying to kill me. After having my son i felt somewhat better, but here i am a litle over 10 months post partum, worse than i have ever felt! I was on 100mcg during pregnancy, few months after i got it upped to 125mcg, still didnt work at all! Now ive been on 175mcg for a little over a month and i dont feel a thing changing....

Has anyone else dealt with this happening?

We are trying for baby #2 now, so hoping i can get done answers...
