Hair and nails question

Mary • Sat, Nov 15 • Hi! I`m Mary. I have a BA in Psychology. Been dealing with PCOS for 22 years. I work at Sander’s Candy and Ice Cream Shop and trying to get my head around this COVID craziness!

As you can see, I got my nails and hair done professionally done a few days back. I don't know how to do them myself, maintain them, and am not made of money. Does anyone know where I can go on the Internet that will help someone new to beautifying herself in her hair and nails? I'd be open to any non Internet suggestions as well. Magazines, articles, books, anything to help me out. I've tried going to my mom for help but she's just as lost as I am.
