Possibly miscarrying??

Question

Help! I went to bathroom yesterday and when I wiped there's was very light pink spots on toilet paper. I woke up today with brown discharge in my undies. I also just used bathroom and there was pink blood in toilet and brown on toilet paper. Is there any reason to worry?? I'm also cramping but I've been cramping Almaty everyday. I'm at 6 weeks. Please help!

So... your gettin lots of different responses here. Go with your gut. I had red blood the other day and called my ob's office and we're doin ok so far. Everyone is different so I would do what your gut tells u!

Pink and brown spotting is totally normal especially after sex. If the blood is red, that's when things get a little more serious. If it's enough to soak a maxi pad, it's not spotting and is bleeding. Spotting is normal in early pregnancy, and 1/5 women will experience it. They go on to deliver happy health babies. If the coloring changes or the bleeding becomes heavier/the cramps worse call your doctor.

Thanks for everyone's input. We went to ER (based on my gut feeling) and unfortunately my gut was correct. We miscarried. Blood work on Monday to confirm decreasing HCG levels. We are heartbroken!

I had brown spotting until about 8 weeks (I am 13 now). Had the doc check it out. It was all cervical and she said no sex until it was it had stopped for over a week. 
With any spotting, it's best to have it checked out. Lots of reasons for it, and several have nothing to do with a miscarriage.

I had cramping from week 3-6 and pink n slightly brighter pink spotting. Not red but brighter then light pink. This was after my SO n I had sex. Dr said it was more then likely that my SO hit my cervix during sex n it has a lot of blood vessels already so hitting it hit a blood vessel and thus made me spot.

To ease your mind a little, I had spotting on and off the first 8 weeks. It turned out I just had tiny hemorrhaging that had nothing to do with the baby. My blood went as far as bright red too. Now I'm 25 weeks and everything is going great. The hemorraging resolved on it's own. I had the exact same symptoms as you too!

Not to scare you but my miscarriage started the exact way. I went to my OB, she said when they see any spotting they call it a threatened miscarriage but to just take it easy. Within a matter of days it turned for the worse.

I had the same thing around 6 weeks it's completely normal. To make yourself feel better I would go visit your doctor or the Er it will help ease your worry.
