PID that won't go away...

I have been suffering with severe pelvic pain and lower belly pain for months now. I was diagnosed with PID in March and I'm still not better after two round of 14 day courses of antibiotics. They can't figure out why I am still in so much pain because the ultrasound looks normal. Has anyone had a similar experience? I am in so much pain I don't know what to do... 😰😰😭😭😖😖
