Confused

Any advice? I misscarried at 5 weeks back in March. I then took what I assumed was a period on April 9th-11th. It was the exact same as my regular periods nothing different. But then I bled again on April 19th-21st? My partner and I are ttc again so not sure whether to take a pregnancy test or wait till the 19th May and see what happens then? Has anyone been in a similar situation where they have bled twice in the same month following a miscarriage?
