Opinios?

I got my first menstrual period at the age of 14, when I turned 17 it stoped all of a sudden. Since then I have to take birth control to get my period (i don't take them every month maybe just 2 or 3 times a yr) or else nothing not even spotting. I'm 25 yrs old now & married for almost 3yrs. Never used protection or pulling out. We want to form a family so I recently went to the dr. I had some ultrasounds done & these where my results!Any opinions? Or similar case as mine?
