Mirena without having a baby ?

My doctor suggested Mirena for my body over Skyla due to my extremely heavy bleeding. I'm 25, no children. Anyone else use Mirena that doesn't have any children?

I was pregnant before but had a d&c. And i have mirena. Im not sure if that counts. But i just went and got it

I got my iud put in about a month ago. 24 never had a kid. It hurt a lot but it's worth it.

If you have heavy bleeding I'd go with the paragaurd it has no extra hormones that mess with the periods

I got mine a month ago, 24, no kids. Wasnt too bad of a procedure, worked myself up for it to be way worse in my head due to what id read online.
Still bleeding everyday though but no pain since like 2 days after it got put in. Just bad cramps type pain. And i was a heavy bleeder too, not heavy anymore.

I'm on my second Mirena (6 years) and did not have children when I had my first one.

Yep. 20 no children. I have a tilted/retroverted uterus too.
