1st positive OPK-Question

So I just got my first positive OPK. I am on Cd13 and I have been testing with the clear blue digital. I tested this morning and got the empty circl. I just tested about 20inutes ago and got the solid smiley face which is the peak. My question is I never got the blinking smiley face which is considered high fertility. Is this okay?
