I'm 33 weeks on Friday, and my upper back has been dreadfully sore lately, my work is physically draining which doesn't help, my back even hurts when lying down or resting. I use lots of pillows and try to get my partner to rub it for as long as possible before he gets fed up😂 any advice? My ribs have also been in so much pain lately i feel baby is putting weight on my lungs as i'm very breathless also😭
