You can eat whatever, assuming you're doing the 1 hr.  You don't have to fast before the 1 hour. I've never understood why people try to "cheat the test."  If you have a problem that can affect your baby, wouldn't you want to know?

I failed my 1 hr glucose test with my 1st. I had a sausage mcmuffin meal with OJ on my way to the doctor. I failed my 1 hr with my 2nd.  I had a bowl of oatmeal before my appointment. I passed my 1 hr with my 3rd. I drank a HUGE fruit and spinach smoothie on my way to the doctor.  It really just is what it is.
