None, just don't sit well with my stomach.

I would say it's closer to 1-2x a week not per day. I have switched out the junk for fruits, veggies and higher protein snacks. Limit soda to 1 per week or none at all. Junk food Is actually not even very appealing to me anymore. I used to eat so terribly, but now i feel like I owe it to myself and baby to get into better eating habits that will hopefully last after pregnancy too! Don't get me wrong though the first couple months kicking the junk food were hard!

None. Didn't before and especially don't now. I can't eat as much as I used to do my choice of what I put in my body is more important than ever.

I have been AWFUL with junk food for this pregnancy. I never drank soda, rarely ate candy, and now that's all I want to have! I literally hate the idea of eating fruits and veggies--in my early attempts at being good I had very bad fruit from Aldi on multiple occasions so I'm just kinda turned off from it now. I feel so guilty 😕

I may allow myself one to two indulgences a week; like a handful of gummie bears or a slice of cake.
