Well ladies I'm 6 weeks and 5 days and next Monday is my first appointment and then Tuesday is the day the love of my life and I find out if he will be taken from me or gets to stay ... Long story short he had a wonderful job making 48.50 a hour then got caught with a gun (second time)  he went to jail for a week paid his bond then couple days later got two jobs which pay very well he pays his court fees on time goes to his parole officer when needed .. We live in Ohio ... My question is if he pays his court fees on time and has two jobs will they still take him to prison? I'm nervous because I'm afraid of having this pregnancy alone and he misses out on everything and I have the baby and take care of the baby alone ... He's also excited I'm pregnant and also nervous and scared at the same time.
