Perineal massage
I'd like to give this process a whirl, but I tried it with the help of my husband and it hurt! He was being very gentle, but it burned. Has anyone else experienced this? My doctor simply said don't do anything that hurts, and that there is lack of evidence to prove perineal massage actually reduces tearing. Sad face. What do you guys think?
