HELP! I wiped after a BM and saw this brown CM. I have cramps or pain and otherwise feel normal. I'm 7+4 today. Should I be worried?

I would bring it up to the doctor just in case

I had brown spotting off and on from 7 weeks to 10 weeks. My doctor said it is not a cause for concern unless you feel pain or cramps. However,  If it gets worse or turns red in color you should go see a doctor immediately.
