What's going on

I've had his sore for about two years now and I'm pretty sure it's a cyst. It's not on my vagina its next too it near my groin. It doesn't spread but it does get irrated when I wear certain underwear and it drains blood and puss sometimes, to get even weirder there is a small whole in my skin about a centimeter away where it drains.. I'm freaking out. Has anyone experienced this before.
