Need some help , So Confused

Okay so I'm on CD 39 AF was due 4/29 I took a text on 5/4 and bfn. AF is always on time never late . I've been having small pains on my sides for about a week now my nipples have been really sore the past few days and (tmi) I've been pooping like every day twice a day. Is it still possible for a bfp? Or am I just out this month?
