I don't take prenatals. Not only do I forget to take them constantly but I'm also on a diet plan so to speak. I get everything I need out of the foods I eat everyday 😊 talked with my doctor and cleared it with her and a nutritionist! I'm 23 weeks, haven't taken prenatals since about 15 weeks and he's healthy as can be!
