Any advice?

I'm 7 weeks today. I woke up with some light spotting and quite a bit of cramping. Obviously I'm nervous as heck. I've got a message in to my doctor just in case. I've had cramping on and off for the past couple weeks (we found out super early bc we were doing infertility treatments)

Has anyone else experienced this and how did it turn out?
