I am 8w2d and ever since I woke up this morning I have had slight but constant pulling pains on my left side near my groin. Could it just be my uterus growing and things shifting in there? No spotting and doesn't feel like cramps. I have an OB appointment on the 20th this month. I went last Monday and saw the sweet heartbeat so I feel pretty confident that baby is okay just wondering if anyone has any additional insight to this nagging discomfort?
