What are your thoughts of partner going on a lads holiday when I am 35 weeks pregnant with his child!

We live in the UK he is going to Turkey for 8 days
Ive asked him to go earlier but he said it cost more :/
Hes plans to go every year which im fine with but. I want him to go earlier this time. :(
Am I being selfish?

That's so close to baby coming, you never know what could happen. I'd definitely advise against it :/ he should be a little more considerate of your situation and your feelings.

Normally I'd be okay with it, but at 35 weeks pregnant I wouldn't be comfortable with it at all. I guess it depends on how far he's going and how long he'll be gone.

Well financially it's smart.  Just make sure family is around you or a best friend you can call up.  Don't worry about it.  If baby ment to come when he isn't around it will come.  Let him go and don't stress.

You are not being selfish at all! I don't like my boyfriend being more than an hour or two away from me at all while I'm pregnant haha so I certainly would not be comfortable with my partner being that far away for that long. Yes, he should be allowed to have fun with his friends BUT he also needs to respect your hesitation.

I was 38 weeks with my first I fought with my then husband about him going to El Paso which is an 8 hour drive from home. He was going to help his friend move her stuff back here after leaving her husband. Anyway, he left Friday, I went in labor early Saturday morning. No you are not being selfish HE IS.
