Baby behind???

Question

Anybody on their 2nd or more baby had an ultrasound and baby was a Lil behind but baby turned out okay at the end????

My baby at 21 weeks was only measuring around 18 weeks I ended up having an amniocentesis as they feared he had downs, Edwards or patau and we had the 1st results back and there normal. We're back next Tuesday to see what's next as we may have to deliver earlier depending on how well the placenta is.x

You have to remember that your due date is not an exact science, so just because you're a little off where you supposedly should be based on your estimated due date doesn't necessarily mean there is anything to worry about. If there is a significant difference then the doctor will probably want to do a high risk ultrasound or stress test, or both, but if it's a few days difference it's not a big deal.

I am going through this right now.  My baby was only in the 1st percentile for size so they are doing a repeat ultrasound on me on Thursday and seeing if she has grown at all.  Fingers crossed!
